A little help
A few clear answers about the collection, your bag, delivery and privacy.
Updated 1 November 2026 · collection, orders and delivery
Can I buy something now?
Check the current bag for payment availability. Test checkout does not charge or ship real goods. An enabled Continue to payment button opens live Stripe checkout. Original AI scenes and example objects are illustrative; actual purchases follow the current collection.
You can explore details, browse by feeling, add objects to your bag and download a collection. Saving a list is not a reservation, preorder or commitment to buy.
Do you deliver to China, the US and Latin America?
The first art book is for delivery in China, with free shipping and dispatch within 3 days of payment. Dispatch is not delivery. Shipping to the US and Latin America is not open.
When sales open, product and checkout pages will identify destinations, dispatch origin, shipping charges, estimated timing and responsibility for taxes. Those published details will govern the offer.
Does switching to English change the currency?
No. Both languages use Chinese yuan (CNY); changing language does not convert currency. Item prices, shipping and total are shown before payment.
Where is my bag saved?
Your bag, note, language and motion preference are stored in this browser. Checkout submits items and notes to Solora’s order database; clearing browser data does not delete orders. Bags do not automatically sync across devices.
Downloaded lists are under your control. You can also clear this website’s locally saved data from Storage & preferences.
How can I share a collection?
Open your bag, add an optional note and choose Save my collection. Your browser downloads a text file. You decide whether to share it afterwards; the website does not automatically email it or publish your note.
Are these therapy or mental-health products?
The collection is about everyday life and feelings. The site does not provide diagnosis, treatment or counselling, and makes no claim that products treat conditions or replace professional help.
Can I suggest an object or discuss a collaboration?
Yes. Email ljd12633@gmail.com with your suggestion or collaboration idea. The contact page can help you prepare a draft; you choose whether and what to send.
